The Residential Condominium project is a contemporary urban housing development designed on an 8.09-acre site in Madurai, integrating modern living with nature and community interaction. The design follows the concept of “Threshold Living – Spaces That Transition With You”, inspired by Madurai’s temple architecture, creating a gradual transition from public to private spaces while enhancing privacy, comfort, and social interaction. The master plan includes two G+11 residential towers with 200 units, well-organized amenities, commercial spaces, and landscaped open areas, ensuring efficient circulation and spatial balance. Passive design strategies such as cross ventilation, terrace gardens, and green buffers respond to the tropical climate, while features like stilt parking, rainwater harvesting, solar integration, and waste management systems support sustainability. Overall, the project delivers a holistic living environment that blends cultural identity, environmental responsiveness, and modern urban lifestyle.
